Francis Blot; Administrator of LAX Facilities and Planning was our guest speaker today; thanks to Shirley Hoffman for scheduling Francis. Her presentation was very informative about what is going on at LAX with all the changes to the airport and activities to bring LAX up to global standards. Francis showed pictures of the improvements that are complete and models of how the airport will look when finished. She also talked about procedures to make your traveling time easier and how to use the resources at LAX to make your trip stress free.

Thanks to Michael Bell for the raffle prizes today; it was nice to see him today.

Remember the Mayor's Good Friday Breakfast is tomorrow at the Hacienda; you have until 4:00 this afternoon to get your tickets; call Joe Harding at the Hacienda if you wish to attend.

Melissa is racing money for Multiple Sclerosis (MS) her goal is to raise $2000 this year. If you were not at the meeting today and would like to help Melissa with this achievable goal please email her at musicalmelissa@gmail.com and make a donation. This is a worthy cause and everyone in our club should support Melissa; especially with all the hard work she has put into the club this year as our club President.

Finally; Randy Albers presented a video of our community cares day home make over project. This video will be up on our website www.esrotary.org in the next couple of days. When you get a chance take a minute to view; it will remind you why you joined Rotary.

Movie in the Park is right around the corner; it's our biggest fund raiser of the year. We are in desperate need of sponsors if you have a relationship with a business in town; big or small please try to get the them to become a sponsor for this event. If you are uncomfortable about approaching them contact Tom Forsythe and I will approach them about the benefits of this opportunity.
