On 7/23/20 we heard from guest speaker Carol Hahn. She is a wellness and fitness nurse that helps people over 50 increase their strength, flexibility, balance and quality of life. She strives to help clients meet their goals through an integrated and holistic perspective of nursing, yoga, and personal training. Carol promotes “optimal health” and active lifestyles for individuals regardless of their functional abilities. She led our Rotary group through a variety of  stretching exercises and gave us tips on healthy living.
