Happy Valentine's Day!!!

President Melissa made cupcakes for everyone at the meeting; so if you're not coming to the meetings; you're missing out on some good home cooking.
Dean Reuter was our speaker; he is the district membership chair and his presentation was great. It took him 30 mintues to tell everyone the best way to get people to join Rotary is to ask them. Dean is well on his way to becoming District Governor. Thanks to Dave Reimann for setting this up.

Debra Lynn Terrill was at our meeting; she has missed several weeks because of work. She and her husband Clark attended the Shen Yun Performing Arts Show. They were the people that came out a couple of times and spoke about the Chinese dance and culture. We'll have to hear from Debra to see what she thought of the show.


Our members donated 28 uniforms to the students at Mercy's village; thanks for the generosity. Mercy's village is the school in Uganda that El Segundo Rotarian Jeami Duncun started. Jim McLess talked a little about MDA; Muscular Dystorphy Association and how the disease affects different people. The Director of the MDA Business Development was on hand to talk about the upcoming fund raiser the El Segundo Lock Up. I think Kevin Smith will be locked up again and you have to pay to get him out. Good Luck with that.
