Representatives from the El Segundo High School Choir were on hand to receive our donation of $400 for their trip to London this summer for the Summer Olympic games. The choir helped distribute Mad March Flyers and tickets to El Segundo Residents; with much success Ted has received over 50 responses with checks and ticket stubs. Thanks to Shirley Hoffman, Jack Weber and Ed Lynch for all of their hard work.

Alan Rich was our speaker; and he talked about overcoming life's little things by Stop, Feel, Heal!!! His presentation used volunteers as seen above and his use of magic. Gary Wilson shared his story about being hypnotize to cure him of his migraines; Alan didn't seem to impressed. He mentioned that if he Gary would Stop, Feel and Heal! he probably would have the same result. Nice Speaker, thanks to Elyse for booking him; great food, and a fun lunch hour. At one point; Alan stated that our club doesn't need a speaker we can "entertain" ourselves. That received an overwhelming applause and agreement throughout the club.
