This week's meeting featured Tawny Valencia of Dig Deep. She gave an overview of what Dig Deep is and discussed details of their Clean Water Navajo Humanitarian Project. The goal of this project is to bring fresh clean water to the Navajo Mountains. The project has so far been a major success and has helped hundreds of people. Frank Glynn was the speaker for the craft talk this week and gave us a brief history of his experiences and strategies with marathon running.
