FEATURED SPEAKER: Steve Holmstrom, DVM
Steve Holmstrom is a past member of the Rotary Club of San Pedro and has been a member of Rotary International for over 35 years. He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Missouri in 1972. He performed his first advanced dental procedure, a root canal in 1972 and became board certified in 1989. He has written two textbooks in veterinary dentistry. He has worked on many types of wild and exotic animals – walrus, elephant seals, sea lions, lions, tigers, chimps and sharks are just a few of the species.
