General Event Rules & Restrictions:
- Applications must be submitted online via the application links on this page.
- Participant must be a current high school student.
- Participation must be individual for art, music, or speech competitions. Dance may be individual or in a group.
- Separate applications must be submitted for EACH participant within a group.
- Art submissions require an Art Identification Form to be attached / submitted with the art piece.
